Only perform the following steps if you intend to replace the power button ribbon cable, as shown in our store here: iPad Air 2 Power Button Assembly. If you do not need to detach the cable from the rest of assembly, skip the next 3 steps.

Peel the ribbon cable with the microphone up from the plastic bracket.
