Device shuts down automatically
Device turns off and the power button flashes red four times with long beeps, followed by the light flashing with two short beeps, repeating over again.
The CPU fan may be blocked or not rotating
Check for and clean any ventilation blockage around the device. If the device is using Intel HD graphics. Remove the access panel. Check to make sure the air duct is correctly installed at the top of the chassis. Remove access panel and turn the power button on. Observe whether or not the CPU fan is running. If the fan continues to shut down automatically, replace the CPU fan using this guide.
Processor heat sink may not be properly attached to processor
Verify that the heat sink is properly attached to the processor. If it is properly attached but the device keeps shutting down, replace the heat sink.

Device won’t turn on
Nothing happens when pushing the power button
Device not receiving power
Check to make sure the power cord is connected from the computer to a power outlet supplying electricity. Try using a different power cord to power the device.
Device may have faulty component
Turn off the power and disconnect the power cord. Open the case and disconnect the device’s components from the motherboard one by one, testing the power after each component disconnected. Save the graphics card for the last component removed. If a faulty component is identified, replace the component. If no faulty component is observed, replace the motherboard using this guide.

Device is very hot
The physical device is unusually hot
Processor is overworking
Check the CPU load by holding down Ctrl + Alt + Delete, open Task Manager, select More details at the bottom of the page, under the Processes page, look at the percentages at the top. If either the CPU or Memory percentages are over 60%, close the processes that are using up most of that % until it reads below 60%
Fan ventilation is blocked
Check for and clean any ventilation blockage around the device. Check to make sure there are no loose wires connecting to the CPU fan. If the device is still overheating, try replacing the fan using this guide.

Wrong date and time displayed on screen
The computer is displaying the incorrect date and time.
Real-time clock (RTC) battery is dead
Reset the RTC battery by clicking on the searchbar and typing “Control Panel”, open the control panel, click on Change date, time, or number formats under the Clock and Region topic, under the format page, click on Additional settings, select Reset near the bottom of the page. If the displayed date and time is still incorrect, replace the RTC battery using this guide.

The LED light indicating power on/off does not illuminate
Faulty LED Light
Check to make sure the wire connected to the LED light is not loose, if it is connected properly, replace the LED light using this guide.
