The Tablet Doesn’t Charge

The Charger is Broken
If your device is not charging or charges erratically, the charging cord may be broken. Cords have limited lives and need to be replaced once broken. Try using the cord to charge a different device, and if the other device won't charge or charges erratically again, plan to replace the cord. Low quality and cheaper cords will often have shorter lifespans than ones distributed straight from the device manufacturer.
The Charging Port is Damaged
Check the charging port for water damage.
Check the cord for missing pins or frayed ends.
Hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds to ensure device doesn't turn on.
Try an alternate manufacturer approved charging cable or wireless charging pad.

The Camera Cannot Take Photos/Videos
The error message “Warning: Camera Failed” appears upon opening the camera app and the camera cannot take photos or videos.
The Camera App Glitches
If the error message appears upon opening the camera application, it could be a false alarm and single occurrence. If this happens, you can restart the camera app and reopen it.
The Device has a Full Cache
If the error message continues to come up after restarting the app, the cache may be full. The camera app cache holds pieces of information to run more efficiently. You can safely clear the cache without deleting any pictures or video. Go to Settings. Tap “Application Manager” and find the “Camera” app. Hit “Force Close” to close the app before this process, then go to Storage. Tap “Clear Cache” and tap“Clear Data.”
The Smart Stay Feature Causes the Error Message
The Samsung Smart Stay feature has been known to unintentionally cause the error message in the camera app. Disabling Smart Stay can fix the problem. Go to Settings. Under Apps, tap “Disable Smart Stay.”
The Device Data is Corrupted
If nothing above fixes the problem, it could be corrupted device files which are causing the camera error, and you must hard reset your device to fix the problem. A hard reset will restore the device to factory default, so be sure to backup your data before you do this. Open Settings. Tap “Backup and Restore” then “Factory Data Reset.” Tap “Reset Device” and “Erase Everything.”
The Camera Hardware Malfunctioned
If no software remedies work, it is likely the camera hardware itself is broken and you will need to replace it in order to fix the problem. Use this guide to replace the camera.

I have Tab S2 813. A friend described it as “a Friday afternoon job“. Nearly 2 years old, it's never worked as it should. It going back to Samsung for the 5th time. I doubt I'll be fixed. A 9yo can see the problems, but apparently a Samsung “engineer” cannot.
Freezes several times per day for about 2 minutes at a time. Switches off occasionally, probably a time out whilst frozen. Google Calendar crashes multiple times per day, well into double figures, whether Calender is in use or not. Takes Samsung Calendar down with it. Calendar has to be forced to update sync with phone/Samsung Cloud. Disconnects from Wi-Fi for no reason during internet and FB use, even when next to the router. Power port is too large for use with most USB-c leads, so unreliable, possible fire risk, charging.

How long have you had it discharged for, if the screen is flickering and severely discharged, open up your device and remove the screen, it takes a crapload of of the battery. However, i think this is common, ive had it happen with my Samsung Galaxy Tab E 32GB aswell.
