French: Je ne le recommande pas. Le lecteur optique MacBook utilise une interface PATA qui est assez lent.
Une meilleure solution serait de remplacer votre disque dur avec une plus grande (et plus rapide) entraînement hybride SSHD.
Je recommande ce disque: Seagate Laptop SSHD. Suivez ce guide iFixit: MacBook Core Duo Hard Drive Replacement.
English: I don't recommend it. The MacBook Optical drive uses a PATA interface which is quite slow.
A better solution would be to replace your HD with a bigger (and faster) SSHD hybrid drive.
