Hey oscar, try these options:

Option 1

Settings -> My device -> Display -> Touch key light duration -> Always On

Option 2

If you disabled built-in apps, try to re enable it. You can do this in settings under the application settings.

Option 3

Settings> My device> Accessibility> under mobility turn on assistant menu.
