Charger port is loose
I have a HP Pavilion dv9000 and my charger port is loose and you have to press the power cable firmly to make it charge, How would I go about fixing this, Thank you!

This is a replaceable power port which makes your job easy its not soldered to the motherboard. All you have to do is tear down the laptop till you get to the point were you can see the port and remove it. and replace with a new one which can be found on ebay

you may want to check that the screw that holds it down hasn't just come loose
