Why is my device not connecting to the Wifi?
I'm trying to get my product paired with my Wifi, but it's just not connecting. What do I do?

Well, you must first troubleshoot the device to see if it needs to be registered or you are having connectivity issues. Click on our troubleshoot to determine what's going on with your device. If all else fails, it may need a motherboard replacement.
