My controller's electronic joystick component is loose and goes rogue when I plug it in, how do I obtain the electronic part and how do I solder it to the controller's pcb?

@gio_ex that will depend on which part it is. Take some pictures and post those with your question. Use this guide for that. Most of the part requires soldering and use these guides to familiarize yourself with the process. After that you need to practice a lot.
