monitor flashing on startup
My computer appears to start normally until the desktop appears and then the monitor flashes on and off. Eventually it goes off. The power stays on but no picture. any ideas?

When your monitor flashes do you see anytime of error message or blue screen ? I would check all your connections to power and video cables connected to the monitor and computer to see if any are loose. Have you tried another monitor connected to your computer ?

Turns out that it is not able to handle win 10. Even though I upgraded last year. Microsoft spent three hours uploading win 7 to my flash drive on my laptop and today going to install it and get rid of win 10. I guess they are seeing this fairly often. Something to do with incompatible drivers. Not sure how they will get past the flashing to do all this
