Spins as in no compression.... Probably bent valves due to jumped timing chain or failed belt drive depending on type of drive your valve train uses (I have no way of knowing what model or age of Honda product you are referring to). My crystal ball is in the shop too, go figure.

@rickbeenken1961 do you mean that it just turns over but does not start? What model is your Honda? What have you checked?
