Is there any fix for the hdmi output as this has stopped working, I've had to resort to using the RCA connections/start adapter which has reduced the quality of the picture. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can try resetting the system software, but other than that, the only solution would be to replace the motherboard.

Have you checked the input device and cable?

Cable works fine as use it on Wii-U, tv is fine too
