Very cheap options under 5$ never tryed it, give it a try

You can probably use ifixit guide

To guide you :> Be careful though it's quite hard to do withput breaking something
If it's the lcd

Wrong guide- that's a teardown you linked, here's the glass replacement guide:

You'll need to replace the Display, unfortunately, iFixit does not carry this part, you'll have to look for it somewhere online.
