@jhowell252 that code means Lost Communication With Engine Control Module
Causes for that can be:
Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
ECM harness is open or shorted
ECM circuit poor electrical connection
You will find a service bulletin for that code on here. Chevrolet Impala is not listed in this bulletin but the error and the repair should still be the same.
