My little sister decided to put a fake email in her iCloud account and I would just hit the reset and erase button but I can not remember what I have her restriction code is. I can not restore the ipod on my computer because the Find my ipod touch is on and I can not turn it off because my sister put in a fake password.

First turn off your iPod, and then turn it back on by holding down the power button and the home button together until the recovery screen is displayed (keep holding them down when the apple logo is displayed). Then plug the iPod into your computer, insure that you have iTunes open. A dialog box then should open giving you the options to either "Restore" or "Update", choose the "Restore" button. Please remember this WILL DELETE all data on the device.
