Hi,

A blinking orange battery light indicates a failing or discharged battery.

What indications do you get when you connect the charger?

Is the light continuous or flashing?

If it is continuous allow the battery to fully charge and then try switching it on.

If it is still flashing, remove the battery from the laptop and then connect the charger and see if it will start.

If it does, then perhaps your battery is failing and needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span.
