My tablet only powers on and that is it it will not go to the home screen and I cannot go to settings to factory reset it how can I fix this

Let's try these things first
by pressing the power button.

Press and hold the power button and volume down button.
This will boot your tablet into Recovery Mode.

Once your device vibrates release the power button, but keep on holding the other buttons.

Now your tablet should boot into the Recovery mode.

Use your volume up and down keys to highlight the 'Factory reset' option.

Press the power button to proceed.

Wait for the device to complete the resetting process.

Your tablet should now be unlocked.
