I have this player and the door kept opening and closing on its own. I disconnected the touch panel and that solved the problem.

I've got the same problem where the source changes and the disc door opens by itself. The problems started about 2 years ago and when I got frustrated I punched the display where the F is (beside stop). That actually worked, for about a year and a half, until it started acting up again this past summer. Unfortunately, no amount of punching the display works this time. Plus, my hand hurts. Another solution excluding violence towards the machine would be greatly appreciated.
