battery is not charging, after swithcing charging
my samsung phone (Model No. SM-G350E) is not charging. after power off phone is charging.

Hi,
What is the DC current output of your charger (it should be printed on the charger)?
If the current output is too low, <0.7A (700mA) it will only 'maintain' the battery while the phone is being used, i.e. the battery will be maintained at its' current charge level, it will not discharge nor will it charge.
Try using an appropriate charger with a current output of 1.0A DC (1000mA). This should be able to run the phone as well as charge the battery.
