Is it only for Bass options or all Split options?
Do Bass options appear in the display window when you go to select a category to split?
As this is controlled by data input have you tried to reset the keyboard back to default settings by pressing the + and - buttons together and then seeing if it works?

It is easier if you download the User Manual.
Here is a link, scroll to p.60 to see how to transpose.
