Part for the Cisco 7911 phone

Hi,

Given that the phone is no longer supported by Cisco and parts are no longer being made for it I recommend you try one or all of the following options.

1. If it is just the contacts in the switch hooks switch assembly that are causing the problem, check if there is a part number on the assembly part and search online using just the number to see if there are results of suppliers. If there are you will most probably have to unsolder the old and resolder the new onto the board.

2. If there are more problems with the board then see if there is a board number on the switchhook pcb (I assume that is what you are talking about) and search online using just that number to get results, if any.

3. If the above fails there is always the option of buying a complete replacement phone at the lowest price that you can find. I could not find a faulty one that might have been used to scavenge parts from but I did find this one.
