charging problem with extreme temperature

Dear Sir ,

my phone problem started once extended warranty (3Y) finished ,maximum charging 6% after one hour and extreme temperature for mobile body .

I like my first Phone and I hope to fix it.

Pls advise.

Thank you Ben, I tried to repair it in local agency in Dubai but no one accept to repair ,they are talking for replace .

I have new I phone 6S but actually i liked 4S more .

pls advise.

Have you tried cleaning the charging port? Most likely it's clogged with dust.

Also for the heating issue consider replacing your battery if you haven't replaced it once in the 3 years.

Charging port could of gone bad as well.
