The battery cover is not opening
The battery and sd card cover will not open. It is stuck closed. Can you please advise?

@geefamily , GeeFamily, The link below shows how to open battery door. If quite stuck, use a heat gun/hairdryer to heat up around the battery compartment door latch area(carefully heat, not excessive) and then try opening may have to pry a little while sliding/pushing the buttons to open position.
