I landed the drone in some water on accident and was wondering if i could get a spare circuit board somewhare

Reach Productions how bad is the damage? Have you checked the board? Have you cleaned it? Tried to repair it? Post some images of your damaged board so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.
