I have a Kenmore Elite HE3 (model 11045976400) and sme of the buttons have stopped functioning. I can select a cycle, soil level second rinse, but cannot change the spin speeds or water temperature. The washer does work, but only with the default settings.
Any thoughts?

First try unplugging the washer for five minutes to allow it to reset. Then let us know your results.

Thanks for the suggestion. That did not fix the problem however.
My soil level is not working either. When my washer is on normal I cant set my soil level at all. I unplugged it and waited 5 minutes but still it's the same problem. Someone please help. ...

Is the problem the display control board or the main computer control board? Both are expensive (~$300) to replace.
