My Wi-Fi is on, but my hub keeps blinking red and will not connect.

I don't understand why my hub will not connect to my keyboard, I have my Wi-Fi turned on and it is in close proximity to my router. Please help.

Refer to troubleshooting Will Not Connect To WiFi. You must authenticate that the Keyboard’s wireless connection setting is turned on, as well as your Wi-Fi
