I see a APPLE IPAD 4 16GB MD510LL/A 16GB, Wifi on Ebay for sale. its LOCKED.. is it worth purchasing? Can it be unlocked and restored?
I am a novice with Apples, used PC's since I spent $8,000. on Apple II c in the 80's and went to PC. Considering the change back to Apple but the prices are high..

I would say if it o my is code lock and not find my device lock it is worth it.
Then it's just to restore it and it will be as a new one.
If find my device is on it will ask for the last icloud users name and password.
Only way to remove that is by the user or if you got the original recipt to send to Apple
