How do we take out the keyboard key?
The problem whit my laptop is the escape (esc) touch bouton it dosn't respond at all i want to know how do we take off the keyboard?

Here is a link to the service manual for your laptop.
Scroll to p.54 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the keyboard.
It is simpler and easier to just replace the keyboard. You can cause more problems than you solve when trying to repair keyboards.
Search online for HP Elitebook Folio 9470m keyboard to find suppliers of the part that suits you best.
