No signal after replacing damaged screen.

Ive just replaced a damaged screen on my lg g5, thought id done a decent job but ever since I get really bad phone reception. Most times im unable to make a call, the 4g works some of the time but not all! Anyone got any ideas on a fix? Cheers!
