Hello,
Try sending a mail to Pi-Top support. They gave me replacement parts for free.

I also have a Pi-Top V2, an became very frustrated when the screen blacked out intermittently.
I found that the screen bezel could be snapped off with no damage. It not easy, but not that hard. I used a big, sharp knife in the tight gap around the outer edge to carefully pry the bezel up, all the way around.
When it was off, I pushed the spot at the bottom of the screen where the flexible cable connects. Screen has worked reliably since then !
