Will not load OS

My Xbox One S has been having issues. It powers on but does not display any on screen. The controller is blinking looking for the Xbox. The Xbox makes all the power noises to let u know it is on. When I do the hard reset and hold down the power button and reset for 10 sec it loads in low res mode. It will work until the Xbox is restarted where I will need to do it again. It has become daily. My warranty should be up as I bought it in 2016. What has gone wrong? Please not that I change the screen res each time to back to 1080p.

Changed TV, Hdmi cable, power source, so I think its the Xbox
