Cleaning trackpad because of erratic behaviour

Good evening everyone,

I was looking for a remedy to try to save a trackpad that shows signs of malfunction, delays, difficult clicks, autonomous movements etc ...

I found this video on youtube, which tries to solve the problem with a cleanup:

my trackpad, however, is a different model, exactly this:

I am therefore afraid that immersion in alcohol may damage some component or plastic connectors on the small circuit board.

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? Thanks so much :)
