Caravan wont start completely dead.
My 2006 Caravan wont start. Tried jumping it, did not work. Replaced starter, still nothing. But lights do come on. HELP!

Try moving gear selector to neutral/park alternately and see if it has any effect. Also try a test light on the solenoid start wire connection and see if you are getting 12 volts when you key the start position. If not getting voltage at solenoid check for either bad 1) fusible link or fuse, 2) bad gear selector interlock switch, or 3) key switch (in that order).
