Is there a pattern to the blinks? For example, 5 blinks a pause, then 5 blinks again etc...

из

no,when the green light goes off the red light comes on and blinks continuesly,no gaps.

leroy rowe, this “the red light comes on and starts to blink continuously “ is the Panasonic error code 1 = this is a backlight SOS. It most commonly originates from a faulty A-board. First thing to check is the BL-On voltage from your power supply to the A-board (should be around 2VDC to 5VDC) Depending on your Board (there are multiple variations but all are on connector P2) it may be pin 14-13-12. Also, it looks like your TV uses a designated LED driver board, so do check on that well. Post some pictures of your boards so we can see what you see and hopefully can guide you further. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.

This is pretty much the same layout as I would expect from your TV. It does show what boards are where and their basic function

thanks for your help,do you know how much this would cost to get fixed by somebody.thanks

leroy rowe that will totally depend on the labor rate in your area and what the actual error is. I'd figure somewhere in the $200-300USD range

This problem is most commonly caused by bad capacitors on the power supply board. If you feel comfortable working on this set, remove the back cover and examine the power board. If you see any capacitors that have bulged tops, replace them. Or contact someone that can work on the boards. Once changed, the problem will likely be resolved.
