when I turn on my PC it starts noise very high just like horne

Restart the system and if it beeps count on the number of beeps you listen basically as your question suggest us the answer for single beep sound. Remove the ram clean it and fix it hopefully this will fix the error.

What is the manufacturer and model number of the computer?
A horn? Sounds like a beep code - one long beep until you force it to shut down.
