Right Side is not Working

I’ve been using my JBL Synchros E40BT headphones for almost three years now. The other day, the right hand side (right ear) stopped working entirely. I tried charging it, connecting to different devices, nothing makes it play sound of the right ear. I think that the wire has frayed internally , but I’m not sure how to replace it or repair it.
