I have a apple keyboard Model A1243 and have been using it for my PC that I have in my room. However the S key has stopped working as everything else still works. I have tried cleaning it out but still does not work. Is there a way to fix it?

If you have popped off the key cap and cleaned in there., and then tried to simply press on the silicone bump and you still get no response, there is no fix…the circuit has most likely “died”.
