My headphones wouldn’t power on either so I tried lots of combinations of holding the power on whilst holding the volume buttons, etc
I eventually managed to get it work again - I think I did it by holding the power, both volume buttons including the middle button all at the same time for a while. Then it just started to work again

It turned them on, but they turned off like 3 seconds after releasing the power button
It really worked!! I held all the buttons for at least 20 seconds. The light DID NOT come on. THEN I held the power button for 5 seconds and then light came on!! Woo hoo!!

Hi,
Does the red charging light turn on when you connect a compatible charger to the headphones to charge the battery?
It not it may be that the charge port is faulty or loose from the board and therefore the battery won’t be charged so that the headphones work or perhaps the battery is faulty.
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port to ensure that there is no obstructions preventing a good connection and that the pins are all straight and parallel with each other and not bent, broken or missing.
Here’s a link to a video that shows how to open the headphones so that the port and the battery can be accessed.

When I plug in the charger the light comes on for a second then turn off I don't know why please help!

So mine charge but won't turn on after they charge and they were fully charged last night now they don't turn on the blue light went out a few months ago and everytime I take them off of my head they shut there self's off and stuff I think that's wired and I tired all of the methods help!!!
