A/C blower speed intermittent on high setting in 2000 Dakota.
Resistor good. Blower speed changes on its own. Speeds up during moderate right turn. Where is relay located?

Here’s a link to the heating and air conditioning section of the repair manual for your vehicle.
Scroll to p.24-25 to find the location of the Blower motor relay.
