Driver window doesn't work
My driver window doesn’t do anything. I tested the Switch and it works. tested resistance on the motor and looks good too. What else can I check to see what the problem is?

LMR CTS Check the wires in the rubber boots between the door and the cab of the truck. It’s a common issues for this model to have broken wires in that area. You also need to check for voltages and see if you have power going to the motor and/or the switch. If you have power to the switch and power to the motor then you know it is the motor that does not work

Here’s the procedure to test the driver’s power window taken from the Fixed and movable windows section of the 2008 Chev Silverado repair manual.
The manual also has full schematics for the power windows which will help.
