Battery is stuck in laptop.
How can I remove the battery to check if it has been recalled.

To remove the battery move the battery hold latch to the right and tilt the battery out. See attached pic :-) be careful when you pry with anything, so as in not to break the housing etc. To check the eligibility for the battery recall check on this website it will give you the proper procedure and numbers. Good Luck.

make sure you unlock the clips first
if they are in right position just turn laptop upside down or help with a knife or something
heyy thnx for the response but it seems like the battery latch is stuck and not moving
