The brush belt is most probably stretched or broken.
Here’s a link to the parts for a WindTunnel Paws Pet rewind UH70240 if this is your model.
The belt is part #22.
Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the belt.
If you search online for 562289001, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
