formatting has lost all programmes
i connect to the computer and ask me to format it.after format complete all programes are lost.what can i do to restart my ipod model a1320?

Did you try to restore under iTunes? I would think that you formatted the iPod but do not have the firmware on it. A restore should rectify this. However, all your data that was previously on your iPod is already erased by the formatting. Good Luck.
