Phone broke, top part snapped and screen smashed. Can it be fixed?

Hope your doing good.
The top part of the iPhone has came apart and snapped and so have some of the cables. The screen smashed too but I have replaced this before so that should not be a problem. I do not know what parts I would need to fix this or it can be fixed. I had an idea to get a used phone, the same model and size (16GB) and swap the logic board onto that .

Hi is anyone able to answer please? Sorry for being hasty, just there is a phone i'm looking at on Ebay which is going to end later today. Not sure if to go for it or not.
