Lent on clothes after washing

What is the model number of the washer?

Just eliminating some possibilities, so no offence meant.

Have you checked garments with pockets to make sure that no paper tissues etc are still in them before starting the wash?

Are you using too much detergent in the wash? Usually it is better to go by the washer manufacturer's recommendation rather than the detergent manufacturer's recommendation as to the amount necessary, as they only want to sell detergent. I find that using half the amount recommended by the detergent manufacturer is sufficient ;-)

Have you checked the lint filter, you didn't say?
