Broken Screen Or Motherboard?

So, I dropped my iPad on its back onto a concrete/tile floor a few days ago from ~hip height with a rubber case installed. Since then a third of the screen has become unresponsive and the rest of the screen has been playing up (random actions when not touching screen e.g. keyboard typing, swipe up exiting apps, stuff like that). None of the buttons or cameras of any other physical components has been damaged and this is the 3rd screen it’s had (from previous mistakes). I don’t know if this is just a screen issue or whether it is a damaged motherboard and whether it’s worth getting fixed or replaced.

Thank You.
