My Haier Y11b sceen got blank. Help me resolve it.

I just put my laptop on charging and an unknown command probably “some invalid sign-ups" pop up on the screen despite the laptop was powered off. Then I tried to power on my laptop but a dark screen appears. The laptop is not accepting any command. It's not getting powered on. If you can please help me out.
