So i was cleaning out my PS4 Slim for the first time and a Silver spring with 1 circle on both sides falls out. Im not sure where it goes, anyone know? I found under the top piece on top of the disk driver but it was already loose and rolling around.

If it’s what I’m thinking it’s for the disc feed gearing where it guides the disc in when the disc is being fed into the blu-ray drive. Without that part the disc won’t feed in properly.
The spring location is shown in step 15 of the image in this guide:
