So everything is fine. Menu and everything else and shows no sig al. When I plug hdmi in it shows black screen with light but no video or no signal. Hdmi works on other monitor but not this one even thought it was working fine yesterday. Also it glitched out yesterday before going black screen.

Protox Exploit all of this “Menu and everything else and shows no sig al. When I plug hdmi in it shows black screen with light but no video or no signal“ sounds like an issue with the main board, in particular the HDMI processor. Toshiba is NOT a DIY friendly company and will not offer any assistance i.e. service manuals, diagrams, etc. So we really would need to see your boards to determine if there is any obvious damage. Other than that, I’d try a new main board first.

Protox Exploit I would try a new main board and it is not hard to do that yourself. Verify your TV is a Toshiba 40PB200 and let's see what we can find out.
