How Do I fix my iPod?

jocelyn bonilla, you ipod does not recognize that it is plugged in. Try this first. Plug it in, hold the home and power buttons until it shuts off, immediately after it shuts off release the power button and continue holding the home buton until iTunes opens and tells you to restore. It may take a couple of tries, the timing has to be right. Of course this will only work if nothing else has happened to your iPod, like getting dropped or water damage. Good Luck
