2000-2006 GMC Yukon

Other than the Tahoe Limited Edition, the vehicle was redesigned for the 2000 model year on the new GMT800 platform, still shared with the full-sized pickups and SUV's.

Unfortunately no. The two driveshafts are not interchangeable. The Tahoe has a slip yoke at the Transfer side of it. The Yukon has a fixed yolk on its transfer case.
